Both sides spend one credit to exchange contact details on a confirmed match. Credits are bought in prepaid packs and can't be withdrawn or transferred.

We verify documents before a driver's profile goes live, but the driver — not Vozi — actually provides the transport and is responsible for your journey. Road safety is strictly between you and your driver. Vozi is not a party to your trip and is not liable for it.
